Our Process – From Enquiry to Installation
It starts with a visit to our showroom or an online enquiry. Our professional and friendly team will guide you through materials, colours, and finishes before providing a clear quotation for your bespoke worktops.
Once approved, we’ll secure your order and arrange dates for templating and installation.
Bespoke Digital Templating
Our specialist will visit your property to carry out precise bespoke worktop templating using advanced laser technology.
At this stage, all final details are confirmed, ensuring your worktops are manufactured with absolute accuracy.
Top Tips Before Your Templating Appointment
To ensure a smooth templating process and avoid delays, your kitchen must be fully prepared before our visit.

1. Cabinets Must Be Fully Installed & Level
All base units must be securely fitted, fixed in position, and level.
We template directly from your cabinetry — any movement after templating will affect the final fit.
2. Floors Should Be Finished (Where Required)
If your project includes end panels or waterfall features running to the floor, flooring must be completed beforehand.
3. Sink & Appliances On Site
Your sink, hob, and any relevant appliances should be on site to confirm:
- Cut-out sizes
- Positioning
- Clearances
4. Final Decisions Must Be Made
All key details should be confirmed before templating, including:
- Edge profiles
- Overhangs
- Upstands/splashbacks
- Tap holes and accessories
Changes after templating may result in delays or additional costs.
5. Walls & Plastering Complete
All walls should be finished and ready.
We template to the walls as they are — any changes afterwards can affect the fit.
6. No Ongoing Building Work
Templating should only take place once major works are complete, including cabinetry, electrics, and structural changes.
7. Be Available on the Day
We’ll confirm final details on site, so someone must be present who can approve decisions.
